    Yes, this is exceptionally annoying. There is a workaround for this:

    Find and open the "Smart Image.ini" file in Notepad, by default located in:

    C:\ProgramData\Henry Schein, Inc\Chart\Automator\Smart Image.ini

    Change VideaShowThumbnails=True to VideaShowThumbnails=False.
