Claims manager.Make this an active , up to date, accurate and useful. I just noticed this. Will be seeing if this can be helpful. It does look promising. Since you were "gethering information", I wanted you to fix or provide way for us to fix/remove people that have no claims pending. Our screen for the claims manager came up with 3 inactive(for years), zero ballance and no claim activity required. Fix it so these kinds of patients do not appear. If you can not fix it for all time, make is so one person can remove it and it will never show up again. This could be a real help.
