Have the ability to pause any text/emails for patients who request we dont contact them due to illness etc but they still remain active patients. If we put them as inactive they dont show up on reports etc. Some patients going through job loss, illness request we not contact them for 4 or 5 months so this would be a great way to achieve this.

Does the "No Correspondence" checkbox in the Family File not achieve this?
(Granted that if it does, you'd still need to set a reminder to uncheck it later.)
