WHEN SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT, BEING ABLE TO ADD A PA AND ADD THE TOOTH NUMBER YOU WANT. EVERYTIME I WALKOUT/COMPLETE FROM SCHEDULE THE PA IS NOT ATTACHED TO THE LEDGER.. HAVE TO GO IN AND DO AGAIN.. THIS IS NOT EFFECIENT. DENTRIX HAS TO MANY CLICKS AND PAGES TO GO TO WHEN YOU CAN DO AT ONE TIME..

Additional details may be required to fully understand your need. as it currently stands, if you are trying to post a procedure that requires additional information such as tooth, surface, etc.. you can add it through the appointment by using the Tx button. that way when you post\set complete the appointment it will be posted to the ledger with the additional information. if you are attaching the code via the Initial or Misc. buttons, these will not allow you to select the additional information needed and will force you to post it from the Ledger or Chart.
