Preveiw time sheets before printing

We need to be able to preview our time sheets and reports before we print them to make sure we have the correct information and if there are any changes we can single out the ones that need adjusted. Will save tons of time and paper

Add a symbol on the patient appointment that shows patient has an electronic chart

We are changing our office over to all electronic and we are looking for a way to put a symbol on the patient appointment that shows the patient has an electronic chart not a paper chart. This would be very beneficial.

Make bulk payments easier!!

When we are in batch insurance payments, we have no access to view the ledger to research patient balances. over payments ect. It would be nice to be able to do a batch insurance payment and still go through the ledger!

Statements for Claims Closed

Generating patient statements for only claims closed if account has an additional claim that is still open. Thus the patient can pay their co-payments on closed claims or utilize flex monies.

Assign a provider to each dental code option, if not assigned defaults to practice owner/provider

We are a multi-discipline practice with perio and restorative. While treatment planning it would expedite the process for the dental code to already be assigned to correct provider.

Time clock disable feature

It would be helpful if individual employee work time can be set in timeclock. This is to disable clock in and clock out outside of the set time of work.

Intergrating Officite into Dentrix

I would like to be able to use the office email system through dentrix, so it will show up in the office journal vs taking extra time to document all information.

auto populate statement sent onto ledger when sent electronically

When you send a Billing Statement it would be great if it posted to the ledger automatically, rather than having to make up a code and document each one individually.
