Claim Status ID number

When claims are sent, please add the Claim number to the claim status notes area on the patient ledger. This would make it so much better when calling insurance carrier for outstanding claim.

Save Report as .pdf

It would be great to be able to save a report from the office mgr as a .pdf rather than the only options of print or display. A report I'm working with is 411 pages and I really don't want to print it.

Patient info color coded for each provider

We have 2 dr's and it would be helpful when we open a pt's info if they were color coded just like the scheduling.

Add the ability to read the ledger notes to people without granting them adjustment permissions.

There is no ability for people without adjustment rights to read the notes being left on the ledger. This inability to read notes renders them useless.

Please make it so that when we prescribe something for a patient it goes into their clinical note like it does when we print a script. We need this for record keeping purposes.

print receipt for cash payments

It would be very helpful to be able to print a receipt for a cash payment instead of a walk-out. It saves time and steps for busy offices

Tracking Future Procedures. ie: How many D2740's are scheduled the following month

We schedule crowns based on monthly production needs & it would very helpful to pull up future crown appts via a report, rather than manually count them on the schedule.

When we update a questionnaire to include more responses for patients it would be helpful to be able to import their responses to previous versions to reduce the time it takes to update their information
