Have more patient info like DOB available on the top once the patient file is opened

Instead of going back and forth to the patient file to check the age and the DOB, it would be great to have the date of birth displayed on the very top bar next to the patient's name and chart number. A lot of time is being wasted to go and check ...

Claim Status ID number

When claims are sent, please add the Claim number to the claim status notes area on the patient ledger. This would make it so much better when calling insurance carrier for outstanding claim.

when pt asks for ledger, email straight from dentrix instead of printing and then scanning into doc center then emailing

Need to add QR Code to paper statements for Online Payments

Many patients are asking to pay their bill online. We need to add our QR code to paper statements for this to happen and it doesn't allow this. We already have a click to pay for email statements, but some patients still receive statements by mail.
