Clincian name at top

It would be nice to be able to add a clincian name to the top of each column where it says OP1, OP2, etc. We are color coordinated as well but having names at the top would be easier with a multi-doctor office.

Update California Pre-Printed RX form

Recent update to california printed DEA prescription forms must include bar-code. There are no current settings within dentrix to accommodate bar-code and adjustments to placement of the quantity and refill options.

Need correct date on our NEW Electronic Forms - Not the Pt Creation Date

Consent Forms are being moved to the Document Center, DENTRIX is putting the Creation Date of the Treatment Case folder on the Consent Form and not the date the form was signed.
