Make printing provider credits report faster

When printing the provider credits report, it takes several minutes to print and while that report is processing, I am unable to print anything else from my computer

G7.4 Electronic Claim screen

Love the new Electronic claim screen. It would be great that when you click on the ledger icon within that screen that it stays on the recent view (such as Ledger+History view) You have to change it every time.

print list of those on in a billing statment group
