Option to print walkout & statement from Collections Manager

I like to print groups of statements or walkouts while in the collections manager, but I have to constantly flip between the ledger and the collections manager. It would save a great deal of time!

Add to the Chronological Day Sheet

Is there a way we can remove the column that the patients phone number is in and replace it with a column that shows their fee schedule? This would benefit our practice by showing us how many patients from each group are being seen each day.
