It would be helpful to be able to create a particular heading for some of the documents that we scan into a patient's chart. (ie Biopsy)

Use Lighthouse 360 for patient communications

We were assured DemandForce was just as good as Lighthouse 360. That is not the case. The only positive feature is how to manage our reviews. Henry Schein owns LH360 so there should not be a reason not to blend to 2 communications systems together

Add all providers (not only doctors) to unscheduled treatment report

We recently found sealants for a patient treatment planned under the hygienist. It made us think that maybe there are other procedures under hygienist or assistants. report only allows you to run by doctor leaving production untraceable.

Add a way to switch everyone to the office fee schedule at one time

We are switching everyone to the office fee schedule, instead of their insurance fee schedules. We are going through every file to change it instead of having the option to set all files to the office fee schedule at one time.

remove quantity line on ins. claims. Have each procedure have it's own line. Ins. co. keep missing quantity when more than one procedure of same CDT Code is used. Therefore, payment is shorted and we have to resubmit for overlooked quantity of billed charges

Open Health History when opening the patient chart

When we open the patient cart it would be helpful to see immediately what allergies, medical conditions, and meds the patient is taking with out having to open another window.
