Add claim format J430D

when you have several government facilities you work with and they want claims electronically sent, we need the capability to do that as well

Easier way to assign different member ID#s to each patient in same family if applicable.

Health Partners, for example, assigns each individual in same family their own unique member ID#. I am unable to do this. There has to be an easier way.

Correction of spelling of Chron's disease in questionnaires medical history. Allow for office corrections.

Aspirin allergy is in the medical history twice and can't be edited. Too many page breaks that can't be edited. Plus the misspelling of Crohn's disease

Default so medical hx form not changed

On the medical history-when adding a medical condition, it adds it to the questionnaire, changing it. I do not want the questionnaire form changed.

Allow Manual Insurance Overide to E so that it expires at the end of the month

Currently the Ins. Program verifies ins. 3 2 and 1 days. We verify and set E to blue but the program overrides the manual set back to a yellow E. NOT Good. This makes verifying ins in advance useless.

adding more MB allowance in document center

We used to be able to load FMX onto document center so we can submit to insurance. However due to the new update, the max is 4 MB. An FMX exceeds that. Can we please be allowed to have unlimited MB.

Be able to place custom symbols next to patient's names.

Dentrix should add to be able to block certain prescriptions it patients charts. Example: certain meds from drug addicts, allergies, etc.
