Change the time of the viewed schedule on screen permanently

My boss would like his schedule to automatically show from 5am to maybe 8pm or something similar everyday even when he switches viewing days. He would like it to show maybe a few hours before his regular schedule and a few hours after. He doesn't ...

Lab case manager needs an invoice date field.

The claim form prints too far to the left.
