Time Stamp for Health History Notes

You can add the date, but not a time. If you can put notes with a time stamp everywhere else, why not make that feature universal for all spots you add/update notes

Ability to print to the document center even if the computer does not have Dentrix installed

Our current scanner does not function well when dentrix software is installed. We not can not send the lab scripts directly to dentrix which is annoying for us

Add text billing option to transmit from VOIP integrated phone number.

For practices that have a payment portal, enable VOIP text integration to send outstanding balances to patients to pay via weblink in a text.

View Option Has patient photo as background

We take a photo of every patient, when they come in the door we know who they are. It would be helpful to just look at their photo in the appointment square.

WHEN HYG IS SET COMPLETE, IT AUTOMATICALLY UPDATES IN RECALL

WE HAVE MULTIPLE HYGIENISTS IN OUR OFFICE AND HAVING IT AUTOMATICALLY UPDATE IN RECALL WILL SAVE SO MUCH TIME NOT HAVING TO PHYSICALLY GO BACK AND UPDATE WHICH HYG THE PATIENT SAW.

UNDER PATIENT CHART ADD A PLACE FOR NOTES (LIKE IN FAMILY FILE)

NOTES SUCH AS IMPLANT INFO, SO IT'S EASY TO FIND WITHOUT HAVING TO READ THRU EVERY ENTRY. RIGHT NOW WE HAVE TO FLAG IT. FLAGS CAN BECOME ANNOYING :) ALSO IMPRESSION TRAY SIZE CAN GO THERE SO IT'S NOT A GUESS IN SIZE IF IMPRESSIONS NEED TO BE TAKEN...

Time Clock employee sort order should be customizable

Time Clock should allow user to change the order employees are sorted for payroll reports by Employee Name (alphabetical) or ID# to match user preference. It would be helpful if the order matched the user's payroll service (ie: Quickbooks).

Manually change fees on a claim

So we bill our regular fees on all our dental claims, but on occasion we would like to be able to charge a lesser fee than whats on our regular fee schedule. So I would like to be able to choose to make changes on claims before they are sent.

Preveiw time sheets before printing

We need to be able to preview our time sheets and reports before we print them to make sure we have the correct information and if there are any changes we can single out the ones that need adjusted. Will save tons of time and paper
