Update the exceptions box to show in the treatment plans and reflect in patient ledger.

Add status of Deceased to Patient Stuts

It would be very helpful if we had more status choices other than Patient, Non-Patient, Inactive, and Archived. When a patient passes, this would be a much easier way to show a patient Deceased.

Get rid of the appt book page size restriction

You can no longer shrink the appt book to a smaller size. It takes up the entire screen restricting you from having other screens open together. It totally makes your computer screen useless and causes you to have to minimize constantly...

Missed status needed

Need a missed appointment status for the Status List. That way patient remains on the schedule while it's it is stroked. Easy to track no shows for the day and follow ups.

Bring back the L icon for lab cases

We had the L for the lab cases for 16 years and now all of a sudden it is no longer available. Bring it back, please! You should really consult dental offices for updates prior to pushing them out!!

viewing appointment/next appointment

when viewing next appointment it will be helpful if once we press the view appointment button it will just open the appointment and not jump to the day of the appointment, we end up going back and fort with the current schedule
