In the "Enter Insurance Payment" the default goes to cheque payment rather than Electronic Payment even though 99% of payments come electronically, can you please change this default.

Change default to Electronic Payment from Cheque Payment in the Enter Insurance Payment tab. Thank you, Renee Bluekens

Reallocations

Should not effect monthly production. You should put line item of reallocations to correct history but not make it look like production for this month on annalysis.

Adding an office logo to the treatment plan.

It would be lovely to have the option to import an office logo or letterhead to the treatment plan given to the patient, rather than only being able to use the defaults. Thank you

Be able to add other allergies and medical conditions that are not prelisted.

The health history pop up does not have all medicinal allergies or health history. There is a section for notes, would be nice if it could be put there.

Allow a column between operatories for events or notes.

Sometimes we need to schedule an event or put a note next to an appointment for the other dentists, hygienists etc to see.

Be able to search new patients by name

We sometimes schedule new patients a month in advance. When they call in to find their appointments, we can't find them because there is no way to search for new patients.

Time Clock

Would like a way to print a report for specific days off such as vacation. When we select a date range and don't want to see all the employee punches but just say their vacation time reported, it would be nice to be able to select that.
