Effective Date in insurance information

When there is an issue with a dual insurance and primary vs secondary it would be nice to have the effective date available when the insurance company requests the information

Would be nice to have the credit card icon change a different color if the credit card is saved.

When looking at the ledger if the credit card is a different color than it is normally to show that there is a credit card on file. Especially for billing purposes.
