In the Health History, the number of characters in for example the medicine name field is currently limited to 20 characters and I suggest it should be customizaable to be increased

Many drug names of newer medications or names of medical conditions are more lengthy, and therefore I do not want to be limited to 20 characters,i.e., letters.
