Scanner Connectivity problems

Needs to be able to connect to HP Smart, the document center can not scan from there. Now I have to buy another scanner.

Would like to be able to go to the patient Ledger while on the "Batch Insurance payment" screen

It would be helpful to know, by going to the Ledger, to see if the patient might need a statement sent by checking their balance after posting the payment.
