when entering allergies in the system-have it automatically put alert/pop up attached to that allergy/drug

This would be helpful instead of having to put the alert on every individual chart or missing the alert entirely.

A report that would show No Shows or cancellations on patients

"do not bill" set automatically for no insurance patients

We've been manually checking off the box for procedure codes to "do not bill to insurance" but it would be less of a hassle if we could have an option to automatically keep that box checked off for uninsured patients.
