Add more status options in Continuing Care

Please add more than 10 status options to choose from in Continuing Care. 15 would be ideal, 12 accounting for the months of the year. This will make the recall process more seamless.

Ledger: Make a spot to enter insurance notes.

Need to be able to easily tract what actions have been taking with outstanding insurance, especially insurance that takes months to have resolved.

Extra column showed up after Dentrix was in computers

This is TERRIBLE. Dentrix was in our computers doing utilities and ever since then we have an extra column called DELE. I have wasted so much time going back and forth with these people. They said there was events and appointments attached to that...

Processing dental claims to Medicare

Need the ability to send claims direct to Medicare, alternating with supplemental insurance. It does not function as a secondary insurance.

Passwords

Passwords should not be so long. When you are working with insurance etc. I will enter passwords 59 times a day.
