Follow-up texts to be sent once vs multiple for the same day - Pediatric Dentistry Issue

Currently when a parent brings multiple kids in one day, they receive multiple follow-up texts for a review for their kids. Change functionality to send one follow-up text for the day if the number is the same. This way the parent only gets one text.

Patient Engage: Welcome Email delivery time

Have the ability to modify the time in which Welcome Emails send out to patients in Patient Engage. This has caused some frustration from patients receiving these welcome emails anywhere from 1am - 5am while they're sleeping.

Allow for more than 10 active providers (dentists and hygienists) to be included in the daily and monthly projected totals. Currently the max that can be included in a "view setting" is 10.
