Fix the latest Office Journal "Save as Default" update.

Signature manager - additional features

ADD SIGNATURE MANAGER TO DENTRIX CORE

Plain and simple, give us the feature to see all unsigned notes, edit them, and sign them all at once. This is already available on Dentrix enterprise, so I imagine it would be an easy implement. Thank you
