Annual Payment Agreement

There is no "annual" billing option when setting up a payment agreement. Anyone who has an "in-house" membership or payment alternative can use this option.

It would be nice to be able to mark up a document in the doc center. Such as highlighting an important part of a specialist's report or a medical condition indicated on a health history form.

Fix issue of batched statements not saving to document center

In the past, batched statements saved to the document center. They haven't for a year now! The only time they will save is when you do a single statement. It is nice to refer back to. The documentation is needed if you send a patient to collections.
