ASAP list only shows Future appointments

Currently the ASAP list shows all appointments that are on the asap list, even if they're already completed. If those could be filtered out to only show future appointments that would be great

eprescribe hardware token

We are really hoping for a return of the hardware token for eprescribe controlled substance. It is not nearly as convenient for Dr to use the app on his phone as the hardware token was.

Printing a reports for all patients that are not connect to continuing care for Prophylaxis.

To actually view those patients and if necessary attached them to CC so they can be on track with their cleaning

Flagging past due balances in the ledger

It would be really helpful if the bottom of the ledger where the family balance is displayed would show up red if there is a past due balance. It can be hard to catch if a different family member is in or if there is other treatment already posted...
