Add automatic debit to a patient's payment agreement

Currently, the payment agreement still has to be manually ran. It relies on the office person remembering to run the card. Several patients have asked about automatic withdraws, especially ortho cases. It would be nice if we could add this feature.

Keyboard Shortcuts for Dentrix Reports

In Dentrix Reports (Office Manager > Analysis > Dentrix Reports), I found it missing natural shortcuts, such as CTRL+P to print the report being viewed or CTRL+E to Export the report being viewed.

When billing a code out you can add a Narrative to that code. On the Claim form the Narrative is already in the comments section.

List of Patients who have completed appointment but no not have a progress note completed by the Provider.

Need: Patient name, Appointment date, Patient account Number, Insurance name, and whether billing was done or not. This is a compliance issue for the practice and their should be a simply way of getting the information for the practice.

Allow more than one provider per operatory for perfect day scheduling.

Allow more than one provider per operatory for perfect day scheduling. I use color brackets for each provider however you can only assign one provider to an operatory. We have several providers that share an operatory on different days.

Option to modify online button/ other option aside from requiring birth of date to Log in as existing Patient.

Option to modify exit button from "submit request" to "Book now" button on online booking. And option to assign other information instead of requiring the birthdate in existing patient.
