Perio chart bleeding and pockets over 9

Perio chart should have an option for selecting all sites bleed with one click. Adding a perio pocket greater than 9 is cumbersome, it takes a lot of time.

Unarchieve

When unarchiving patients, there are multiple places to check "Archived" to work with the chart. This is redundant and challenging to figure out without contacting customer service.
