Separating the plan maximums for preventive care

We've came across many (Delta) dental insurance plans that do not include cleanings in their annual (standard) maximum. It would be helpful (especially for billing purposes) to have a place to imput a preventive maximum.

Medication description in Health History

It would be beneficial to have more characters in the medication description. IE: Instead of just enough for the brand name or generic enough for both the generic, brand and what it is prescribed for.

Sometimes I need to add additional information to something after it is in history. It would be nice to be able to add an addendum.

Adding Alerts to insurance, therefore it would pop-up on patients account that have that insurance

There are some insurance only allow 2 fillings a year for instance or a preauth is required for anything over $500.00. It could be just the plan (group#) It would be nice to flag (Alerts) these accounts so when a patient is coming in the alerts is...

When changing something in a scheduled appointment, keep the provider the same. It sometimes defaults to the provider in the family family.
