Insurance Report

It would be so helpful to be able to print Insurance aging reports for a specific date range. Also to be able to print a report listing insurance payments for a specific date range (by insurance company, all insurance companies and/or patient).

See all notes pertaining to a particular tooth

It would stream line reviewing history on a tooth for the Dr. and Clinical team if they were able to access all clinical notes that addressed a certain tooth just by highlighting that tooth in the patient chart.

Removal of unused CDT codes

It would be nice to have the ability to remove CDT codes that are not used within the practice. Our fee schedule is 10 pages long and it would be nice to have the ability to remove some of those codes from that list

Treatment Plan

Treatment plan default should complete procedure once it is completed from schedule instead of having to go into the treatment plan and completing it manuel.

eDex

I have called Dentrix for support of eDex after an update. I couldn't make changes to contacts or add a new one. I was told that eDex is no longer supported. If not supported, why not do away with it.
