Tooth code optional for n/c codes

Please made tooth codes optional for n/c codes such as follow-ups. We still want the tooth code box to be there but not a requirement as sometimes the follow-up is regarding lesions, dentures, etc.

Electronic signatures on Questionaires

In this new environment where people want to have as little contact as possible, it would be helpful if the Questionaires that patients fill out through ident have the ability to be signed electronically at that stage rather than in our offices.

If the $ icon was on the appointment, it could prompt the staff to know that the patient has a balance of some sort. This could reduce more paper...
