being able to invalidate an adjustment type in the ledger and changing it after its in history.

I chose the wrong adjustment type (Bad Debt write off) instead of BCBS write off. Now this Bad Debt write off is on the patients ledger when it really isn't a bad debt.

Fee schedule attached to ledger

When there is dual insurance and the secondary has a fees schedule but not the primary full fees should attach to the ledger. The adjustment for the fee schedule can be made after posting the secondary payment. This would help everyone.

Secondary Option when Printing

It would be very useful when printing the appointment book to have the option to include the secondary insurance name, not just the primary insurance.

The time clock cannot have the summary of hours on the last employees time sheet

The employer would benefit from it, when the employee states that the rest of the office knows how many hours they are getting. Then they can take us to the Labor Board for giving out personal information

Extensions on Work phone in family file needs to allow more than 4 characters.

We have many patients that have 5 number extentions. The field for extensions only allows 4 digits. That really needs to be changed. We can't utilize that field for many of our patients.
