Add a billing fee for each monthly bill genersted

If you want to charge a billing fee there is no way to do that,, you have to go to each patient manually and add it, if you have 200 bills that is unproductive

More time allowed on questionnairres

Will you please consider adding more time before timing out on the questionnaires? A 2 min timeout is too short, especially with the elderly. They have to look up medications, medical conditions and such. Thank you
