Button on appointment to tell patient their appointment is earlier than scheduled-for late patients

For patients that are chronically late, it would be nice to be able to have a button or switch on their appointment so it triggers the system to tell them their appointment is 10 or 15 minutes earlier than actually scheduled.

When searching for a patient, your hands are already on the keyboard, it would be helpful if the arrow up and down keys would work here to go up or down to choose the correct patient.
