Removing Submit Button on Forms

Client would like patients to be able to fill out forms and proceed to additional pages by clicking next. She would like the option to submit forms at the end of completing all sections that are online.

Preload top 100 common prescriptions into drop down menu

It would be really helpful if the top 100-200 common prescriptions could be automatically loaded into dentrix so we don't have to spend time adding medications or looking up correct spellings.

Ability to update supporting information notes for all treatment plans at one time.

Instead of changing the individual case note in the supporting information area of the treatment plan for each individual patient. It would be beneficial to have one place to update this for all treatment plans when needed.

No Limit to Codes attaching for Appointments

with working in a specialty office we often restore full mouths and have upwards of 28 or more codes in ONE appointment.

Clincian name at top

It would be nice to be able to add a clincian name to the top of each column where it says OP1, OP2, etc. We are color coordinated as well but having names at the top would be easier with a multi-doctor office.

Attach a remark to all insurance claims

It would be very useful and not as time consuming to be able to add a remark to all claims that need the same remark.

Icon for HIPPA

Any medical or dental office would benefit from having a specific icon for HIPPA that would state who the patient would like us to share information with. Something to access easily and quickly.

Better way to attach dx codes to claims

It is very cumbersome to add a diagnosis code to the ADA code. Would you please find a simpler way?

Expandable Select Primary Dental Insurance Plan

Be able to expand to see more options when selecting an insurance plan. Only box that is not expandable that I have come across in this software.

Selectable date range for closing procedures

To be able to select which months you can close so other maintenance procedures are more easily obtained. Useful for when a practice has changed ownership or for cleaning out insurance data and such for years past.
