Information for Specific Insurance Plan

I would like to be able to see what patients are on a specific insurance and how much those patients collect/payments for the office, what write offs / adjustments we make from them.

TX plan needs to allow for ins comp fee schedule

I put in an ins fee schedule for an ins comp and tried to do a tx plan. The ins comp only pays a % of the amount that they allow not a % of our fee. The tx plan will not reflect this. This needs to be corrected

Have a kiosk/computer in the waiting room so patients can check themselves in securely

the patient would be able to bypass the front desk which is usually busy and check in by themselves. they can check themselves in and update health histories or fill out new patient information.

Having the option to hide the age in the family file.

I think it could be useful to have the option to hide the age of a person on the family file. We have a few patients that are particular in regards to the age showing. Just an idea. Thank you

Make timeclock better and more user-friendly

I would like to be able to add future PTO (vacation time) to my staff member's timeclock records. I would like to be able to go to a screen that tells me the current status of each employee (ie if they are clocked in or clocked out).

Able to use arrow to select patients

When you are searching for patients, it would be helpful to be able to use the arrow key to scroll down and select a patient after the search information has been entered into the box.

Needs a way to show Medical as Primary gatekeeper and then Primary Dental without taking out Medical and putting in Dental Insurance.

It's useful because it saves time.
