Attachment ID # in Claims Manager

This would be useful for insurance coordinators when they have to call and check status of a claim and the insurance asks for an attachment ID #. It would be nice if it displayed on the Claims Manager so we don't have to go looking for attachment ID.

We would like to be able to apply discount to specific tx plans but not every procedure- reflect on dental claims

We want to be able to apply a discount to specific tx plans, ie large treatment plans that pts are paying cash for, and not every procedure on that patient and have that reflected on tx codes and dental claims, not just an adjustment on ledger.
