To be able to rearrange appointment information initial box and have more than 20 items

Without deleting and adding, I'd like to REARRANGE the items I customized in the 'initial box' when making appointments. And since there is plenty of blank space between the columns, remove some space and allow more items to be more than 20. Perha...
