Be able to change dates on clinical note

When you don't get to writing up your clinical notes until the next day, and a procedure note wasn't automatically added, you have to create a new one then it has the wrong date on it.

MORE TAKSBAR FUNCTIONALITY ON WINDOWS! right click on Dentrix Chart icon on taskbar to open any recent patient chart.

Referral Note section larger

It would be helpful to have more room to write referral notes on the Referral Sip in "Additional Notes" section. Currently it only allows 500 should be up to 1000.
