The blue E will list a patient is eligible even if the group number has changed. I request that if any of the numbers in the group number have changed there would be a different response than eligible. Just a 1 digit change in a group number can mean a different level of benefits.

Being able to print a separate ledger/statement for each family member when needed

Since Dentrix uses 'families' rather than individual accounts, it would be nice to be able to print each family members ledger using a specific date range rather than the entire family showing on the statement

Add a pop up alert for an individual patient appointment

Some patients need extra time for their appointments, or need a special setup beforehand, so if that were a pop up, whoever is scheduling would know right away to schedule more time, or for whatever that particular patient may need.

Ortho Billing

If there is a way to put the start and completion dates on each procedure, Dentrix should be able to automatically recognize that and fill it out on the claim for boxes 40-42, instead of manually inputting it every time for ortho billing.

Allow for better 'undo' in Chart notes

When there is an accidental deletion or change in chart notes its almost impossible to rectify. Please allow for better 'undo' feature to go back more than one action and rectify a mistake.

Allow special characters in notes

When we attempt to type parentheses (particularly Shift+9) it starts spell-check. This makes some notes very difficult to type, as the note must be cut-and-pasted. If parentheses could be allowed, that would make life a lot easier
