ability to chose printer in every module

We have several printers for different applications. We also utilize virtual printers for claim billing. It would be beneficial to have so we don't have to constantly change the printer in office journal every time we need to print to another printer

Send mass emails to patients

There should be a way to easily send a mass email to all patients in patient engage besides using the campaigns. The same goes with texts. This is currently not an option.

Preventive services not applied to insurance maximums

As of January 2022 some insurance companies are not applying some preventive services toward calendar year maximums. Right now on Dentrix there is not a way to do this. Maybe there needs to be an option in the insurance

Printing current patient profile for updating

It would be helpful if you could print off the current info in a patient profile so they could update from that, instead of printing old info from the Doc Center.

Texts keep going offline

Our texting keeps saying "Offline" often. Is this a known issue? Hopefully it can get taken care of soon. And please don't tell us it's a "problem w/ OUR system." That one's old...lol

Treatment on unscheduled list should expire after some time.
