E-mail Walk-Out Reciepts

Should be an option to email a walkout receipt instead of having to print for every patient or print, scan and email (or send to doc center) for pts who request an emailed copy.

Make it easy to have an insurance plan not count preventative services as part of the benefit total

We are seeing more and more insurance plans that do not count preventative and diagnostic services against the maximum benefit. It would be nice to be able to have that option so we can track benefits accurately.

Customize form responses format for printing

It would be useful for practices in Canada to change the format of the form responses prior to printing them from Dentrix Hub. The current format is a bit messy and unorganized (see screenshot attached).

Dexis or X-ray button in the family file for easier/ quicker access

Having a dexis button on the toolbar when you open a patient would be super convenient.

Be able to organize the codes in Treatment Plan Ledger screen

It would be helpful if the treatment plan area in the ledger could be organized instead of being a running mix of codes. Possibly into Hygiene versus treatment or separated into the assigned appointments.

Need to be able to reprint EOBs and Predeterminations

It would be very helpful to be able to reprint an EOB or Predeterminations as there are times when the printer does not work and you are left without ability to print a new one and know what to charge the patient.

We need to be able to easily remove duplicate ins plans without causing issues.

It would be nice to pull up ins plans and have a list of patients that are attached to that plan so we can move things around easily with out causing problems.

Alert Note "Description" should allow more characters.

When you edit the Alert Note Definitions (Maintenance - Practice Setup - Custom Notes - Alert Notes Setup), it currently allow only 50 characters. It would be nice to have a much larger limit so we can use longer text for our Patient Alerts (Flags).
