Automatic posting (to patient ledger) of recurring credit card payments

We have monthly recurring credit card payments set up for a large number of patients, but we have to manually post each payment to every patient's ledger - usually around 150. An auto-posting of recurring payments would save us a tremendous amount...

Password Protect for Lab Case Manager

Lab cases keep "mysteriously" disappear/ deleted by someone. If there was a way to popup for a password that can be set by the office manager and lab manager that would be fantastic!

Pin Board Provider Colors

It would be so nice if the pin board appointments were not the standard yellow sticky note, but if they could be the correlating color of the provider they were for. This would make the pin board less cluttered and make distinguishing appointments...

WHEN HYG IS SET COMPLETE, IT AUTOMATICALLY UPDATES IN RECALL

WE HAVE MULTIPLE HYGIENISTS IN OUR OFFICE AND HAVING IT AUTOMATICALLY UPDATE IN RECALL WILL SAVE SO MUCH TIME NOT HAVING TO PHYSICALLY GO BACK AND UPDATE WHICH HYG THE PATIENT SAW.
