COVID Forms such be able to refresh in less time than 1 month

Presently forms refresh in 1month, is least amount of time. sometimes patients return to the office in a few days or weeks. We need up to date forms for COVID screening!

Add a Status Code for Completed Forms

Wouldn't it nice to know if intake forms were completed and in the patient's file? If there were another STATUS that indicates Intake Forms Completed that would be very helpful

Ability to work in ledger while also having a claim window open
