Electronic signatures on treatment plans

I would like to be able to have a patient sign the treatment plan electronically. Right now I print it have the patient sign it and scan it into document center.

We need the option to change individual operatory hours for future scheduling.

Our office hours are changing in the future (6 months out) and we need to schedule patients accordingly. We need the option to change to specific hours on effective on a specific date.

Patients Doing Web Payments need to Post Automatically to their Ledgers

Currently we have to manually approve/post payments to patients accounts that already opt in to pay their statements online via quick bill. If a patient makes a payment after business hours then it doesn't get "manually" posted until the next day....

Edit information sent on dental claim

There are certain codes that need tooth numbers that Dentrix does not allow to be added. Certain insurance carriers require the box to be filled instead of just a note. An example is D4249.

You need to allow anything that can be printed to be made available for email by just pushing a button.

Be able to show multiple credit card payments individually rather than Dentrix showing as one payment

Alot of patients use their FLEX credit card to pay part and their personal credit card to pay part. They can not get reimbursed for the FLEX without proof of payment. Dentrix lumps both payments into one so we can not show the FLEX amount

Adding appointment length to the walkout statement

We've had patients advise us that we never told them how long an appointment would be (even though we have) and this would be incredibly helpful so that when they get home they can see how long they need an appointment scheduled in their calendars...
