Please have an alert to NOT schedule same patient , same time with doctor and hygiene.

Like if John Doe has apt with hygiene at 8am, we need an alert to NOT schedule him 8am with doctor.

walkout/receipt when entering payment

Upon entering a new payment from a patient, it would be nice to have an option of box to check-mark to print out walkout. When posting a payment it's an extra step to print out a walkout as a form of receipt for a patient.

Preventing claims from splitting

When there is still codes sitting in treatment planner and being set complete from quick buttons the claim will split into to two separate claims. This makes it more time consuming and difficult to process claims.

Add procedure code when setting complete an appointment

It would be helpful to be able to add procedure codes once you have selected to set complete an appointment "Set appointment procedures complete". You can deselect procedure codes but you cant add. This will help cut down time providers spend goin...

A simple list of just the insurance names with a list of patients names under each insurance company.

TREATMENT PLAN - CHANGES UPDATING

When updating a treatment plan - example if the insurance changes & would change the financial aspect of the treatment planned - there is no way other then to delete the current treatment plan & recreate it so that it reflect the new fees....

Reports - Can be many pages - Ability to go to last page

When you are running a report & there are multiple pages & all you need to view is the last few pages - rather then scrolling page by page the option of going to "last page" would be a great thing to have

enable the ability to inactivate or archive unused definitions so it gets them out of the lists & makes for cleaner/quicker choices.

create the ability to move definition fields around

Over time, there are different adjustment types that are no longer used or become used more often than others. To be able to have the option to move those types to the bottom of the list, will enable the office to be more efficient.

Identify the team member (the hygienist, Doc, Tx planner or front office person) who presented the treatment plan to the patient.

This would assist in accountability, follow up and training opportunities. The patient would benefit as it would show attention to detail in our follow up care with our patients.
