Constant details for balance forwards on statements

When billing statements are sent in bulk any balance older than the "set balance forward" date only shows balance forward, and has no details as to what or which patient in the family it is coming from.

Ability to update supporting information notes for all treatment plans at one time.

Instead of changing the individual case note in the supporting information area of the treatment plan for each individual patient. It would be beneficial to have one place to update this for all treatment plans when needed.
