Suffix within patient information needs updated to integrate with Eprescribe

When a suffix is entered with the last name using a space or comma it creates a critical error in ePrescribe. The only work around is to leave no space which in turn looks extremely unprofessional when printed ie: statements.

Report based on select medical history or health history notation/alert

It would be useful to have a report that we can print/reference based on a specific health history or medical issue...i.e. Warfarin, Aspirin, Tylenol...etc so that if we needed group them or reference them we have the availability to do so.
