Auto Populate Office Journal note from Appointment note

It would be great to have the option to automatically copy an appointment note into the office journal.

Reason types within an appointment

When creating an appointment we are only allowed to have 20 reason types in "Initial" box. It would be nice to be able to have more reason types slots to but into an appointment.

"Fill Appointment" should NOT be the first option when right clicking

Please move Fill Appointment when right clicking down to the bottom under New Appointment and Add Event. It's very easy to accidentally click it, especially now that we have upgraded, and whenever we click a webbrowser window pops up.

A monthly utility to manage Provider Credit Balances

I would like to see a utility/application that can be scheduled in the Task Manager to handle Provider Credit Balances. This would eliminate the need to manage each account individually and have them cleaned up or corrected in one utility action.

Close claims for treatment plans.

If an office has been closing their treatment plans they can't split families or merge families.
