Perio charting

When we print out the perio charting the boxes we see on the computer do not print out on the paper. This is much easier to see when the box is around the pocket number when need to stand out.

You fixed autoresize of appt book, please fix it now in ledger and office manager. It still starts big (the way it should be, then auto resized to a small window thats hard to read. We have this montitor at 125%. Why not fix all 3 of them at once?...

ADA Codes on Ledger Print Outs
