Eligibility Pro needs to work with Blue Cross.

Blue Cross is one of the biggest insurance companies and Eligibility Pro doesn’t work with it. It will not even give you the deductible and maximum benefits

insurance eligibility should be checked for today's appointments.

as insurance can become ineligible at the day of the appointment, there should be an option to running eligibility check on the appointment day. It is not enough to check eligibility 7 days ahead.

I would like to have the insurance carrier name listed on the eligibility essentials detail page. The payer ID number is listed, but it would be helpful to the name of insurance carrier.
